All ticket sales on Fun-Scout.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled, rescheduled, or there are exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

2. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: If an event is canceled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund, including any service fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or exchanges may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Medical Emergencies: With valid documentation, requests can be made up to 48 hours before the event.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If accidental duplicate tickets are purchased, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Submit a request through our Contact Us page, providing your order number, event details, and reason for the request.
  • Processing Time: Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Partially used tickets
  • Tickets purchased from third-party sellers
  • Merchandise or ancillary items
